feat: add loading/pending state to release/refund buttons

Summary

Release and Refund buttons currently show no feedback while the transaction is pending. Add a spinner/disabled state.

Acceptance Criteria

• Button shows spinner and disables while tx is signing
• Button shows success/error state after confirmation
• Prevents double-click submissions
