This Software (The "Software") is only for English culture, light-people ("Culture-Fitting"). It can NOT be used, distributed, examined or whatever, outside of it.

Permission is hereby granted, for Culture-Fitting people, (the "User", and sub-sequent users), to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the Software. Observing the conditions/restrictions stated on this license, and provided support documents (if any).

The Software is free of charge for distribution, evaluation and initial usage.

If the user obtains value from the Software, personal, cultural or commercial, the user is expected to pay a reasonable, small proportional Fee to its creator(s). If not indicated how much this Fee should be, the User may set the amount, to what considers reasonable. It can be a single, one-time Fee, according to expected value generation, for the User. Or multiple Fees, if the value obtained extends over a long time, and it's reasonable.

The User is not obligued to pay the Fee/Fees, if for some reason considers reasonable to not do so. The User can delay payment of the Fee/Fees, for any amount of time that considers reasonable. However, paying the Fee/Fees, if reasonable, is the polite option.
If the value obtained is considered minimal, the User can opt to pay nothing.
