duplicate files have appeared in my flash image.
There are five files under Directory A, and when executing the ls command, it is found that two files with IDs 2 and 6 are both named test.idx (the filenames are completely identical). ( After investigating checking #1129, this is a different issue )
now two critical problems have occurred:
1、The cause of the generation two files with exactly the same name is unknown？
2、When deleting the files, the one test.idx with ID 2 was deleted successfully, but the test.idx with ID 6 always fails to be deleted and cannot be opened. However, it can still be listed by the ls command.
