Local Gov Drupal Docs Spelling Mistakes

Whilst reviewing the documentation online I noticed several typos and spelling mistakes.

I will raise a PR to address these but in short the found mistakes are:

• directories.md

  • Line 117: cannel → channel
  • Line 151: fo → of

• services.md

  • Line 140: specfic → specific

• subsites.md

  • Line 23: and and → and

• workflow.md

  • Line 15: a'Published' → a 'Published'
  • Line 29: transitition → transition

• paragraphs.md

  • Line 13: pargraphs → paragraphs

• publications.md

  • Line 14: Countil Tax guide → Council Tax guide
