I originally posted as a Bug Report (but closed that issue) as I learned from Telegram conversations it looks like the code in FreeAPS is written to only display BG in MB Last Event Screen as mg/dl. It's not a big deal but if it's an easy fix wondering if there's a way to code so users can opt for mmol to be displayed here (same as how HUD and FA can be customized).
