Subject: [PATCH] fix(native-accounts): pause the renamed LoopX chat agent

The chat launch agent was migrated from com.loopx.personal-bots.chat to
com.loopx.chat, so handoff paused a job that no longer exists and the live
chat transport kept the GPT home attached (other_clients_busy). Pause both
labels, skipping whichever plist is absent. Bump 0.12.5.
