New Panels and UI Additions

Need to design and add the following minimal panels and UI upgrades:

1. Player Equipment Panel
2. Player Inventory Panel
3. Player Stats Panel
4. Quest Tracker Panel
5. HP, Mana, MV Status Bars
6. Room Item Interaction: Clicking on items pulls out options [get, inspect, talk, combat]

Break these up into more specific issues later.

Look into integrating Vuex for single state object.

Rumors that Vuex will get rid of mutations, maybe wait until that version comes out.
