Please reintroduce the Move To Trash feat. and fix it instead of just removing it

Reverse and fix (don't remove) commit: a22271a

Expected behavior
Move to trash does what it did before (no issues AFAIK for me). It's one of the features that pushed me to download Cog in the first place.

If you plan on rejecting this then please at least provide a downgrade guide without losing ratings & playback db data

I'll be adding a confirmation dialog when I attempt to get this working again, but the Trash option already has limits and safety:

1. It requires App Sandbox permission to move the files in the first place.
2. It moves them to the Trash can, not deleting them immediately.
3. It notes the full move path and the original path.
4. It pushes an Undo action immediately, so the action is fully reversible until you empty the trash.

I think I'll make a second level of safety as well, so it doesn't even show the (fully confirmed) menu actions unless a confirmed checkbox is ticked in Settings. You may be one of the few people who desire the ability to quickly trash tracks, but apparently there are at least a few people who have accidentally set this off and didn't know it could be undone immediately.

Marking this as a TODO, I will soft revert the commit that struck out trash support without a revert commit, then work on sandbox permission for the files, so it works for tracks that haven't just been added to the player this session.

1. It needs either file-level or folder-level write permission to each file it trashes in a batch.
2. For untrash (Undo / Cmd+Z), it needs folder-level write permission to the original folder, or a folder above the level of the target folder, to move the tracks back there from the trash.
