Name "Nazareno" is wrongly calculated as NZN instead of NRN #131

Description

@gaelsapori

In the calculation of the Italian tax code (Codice Fiscale), the letter Z is treated as a consonant.

For the name Nazareno, the consonants are: N, Z, R, N, and the vowels are: A, A, E, O.

Since there are four consonants (more than three), the 1st, 3rd, and 4th consonants are used (skipping the 2nd), according to the rule for first names with four or more consonants:

1st consonant: N
3rd consonant: R
4th consonant: N

Result: NRN

The library delivers NZN
