Your problem is probably due to the fact that surnames and names are treated differently when calculating codice fiscale. For surnames, the first three consonants are used; for names, the first, third and fourth consonant are used. You probably used Nazareno as a surname and not as a name.
If that is not your case, please give a complete example to check.

For Name Nazareno and surname Mobili your fiscal code gives MBLNRN
but the real code is MBLNZR

The correct fiscal code for that name and surname is MBLNRN, because:

• for the surname, the first three consonants are used: M, B, L
• for the name, since there are more than three consonants, the 1st, 3rd and 4th are used: N, R, N; the 2nd consonant Z is skipped.

The library gives the code MBLNRN, which is also what you were looking for in the original post.

If the real code MBLNZR, it means that the name contains other consonants. The real name is probably Nazzareno (double Z), which is similar to Nazareno (single Z) but gives a different fiscal code.
