importar archivo Database.sql en tu phpmyadmin y continuar

copiar proyecto en tu  servidor y abrir
http://localhost/api_clientes/
abrir navegador y usar sistema.

leer configuracion en cambiar Url
/application/config/config.php       line 26
/application/config/database.php     line 76 cambiar conexion a la base de datos
