It has a conflict with Execute-Code-Plugin

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. enable obsidian-shiki-plugin
2. enable Execute-Code-Plugin
3. reload obsidian

Occurs on

• Windows
• macOS
• Linux
• Android
• iOS

Both plugins overhaul code blocks. It is not surprising that you get problems when using both at the same time. You should pick one or the other.
