Background turns off completely when clicking on </> button to edit a code block in live preview mode.

Describe the bug
Background turns off completely when clicking on </> button to edit a code block in live preview mode. Line numbers also disappear. The syntax highlighting remains, but become unreadable against the regular code block background. Background and line numbers return once clicked outside the block. Because of this I am not able to write code at all with Shiki enabled.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to any codeblock in Live Preview
2. Click on </>
3. See error

Expected behavior
Shiki background should stay on when actively editing a codeblock.

I'm experiencing the same issue! When Obsidian is in light mode, the code block background in edit mode is also light-colored, which makes the editing experience quite painful. Perhaps the author has been rocking dark mode all along and never noticed this one slipping through 😄. Thanks so much for all the amazing work on this plugin — really appreciate it!
