Version 0.9.3 -> 0.9.4.
Fixed a bug where the valid API response code of "QueuedForProcessing"
(returned from some commands) would be interpreted as an error.
Renamed directories to try and make the project more readable.
Added latest DLL to the root of the project.
Updated license to include Majestic-12 Ltd.
Improved readme.
