The Atlas EULA is currently included as a PDF in Atlas CLI installations (except for the Community Edition). This makes it difficult to view the EULA without additional tools.
The Atlas EULA should be converted to plain text (TXT) format. This will allow users to easily view the EULA in a terminal after installing the Atlas CLI.
