fix(inspect): B2BUA capture analysis and CBOR inspector hygiene

Align inspect_cbor_capture with B2BUA captures (asid/bsid, rid mismatch),
dedupe streaming by backend rid, correlate P->C by A-leg when rid differs,
extend META_FIELD_NAMES (ccid/crc), track-request --backend client,
optional --b2bua summary, and sdur/lat duration hints. Ruff/mypy cleanups.
