Latest SteamOS breaks new UI layout

This happens on:

SteamOS main, Steam Client beta

but works on:

SteamOS main, Steam Client stable

Decky loader is on v3.2.2-pre3

Really smart adding a toggle to use the old UI 👌 Makes it still usable.

Okay, I debugged the UI a bit and it's definitely only happen if you're on Steam client beta, but I also found a lot of small styling/CSS "mistakes". As someone who really enjoys CSS, I would like to open a small pull request and maybe you like the changes. 😀
