[Bug]: T114 serial doesn't work at all

Description

After trying multiple cables and computers with native meshtastic and web flasher/client, I can't get the t114 to open a serial connection. Additionally, when the t114 is connected via USB, it will not complete a boot after reset; I see the meshtastic screen, and the heartbeat stops. I believe it is crashing. I can't get any debug messages over serial when I try to monitor, so it seems like there is a misconfiguration somewhere with the UART. This has been confirmed from 2 different t114's, both running 2.7.19 and then updating to 2.7.20 on one of them to see if the bug is fixed.

Please provide device logs to help diagnose the issue. You can find log instructions for both Web Flasher and Meshtastic CLI in the following formats:

Web Flasher logs:

• Go to https://flasher.meshtastic.org
• Connect the device via USB and click Connect
• Open the device console/log output, reproduce the problem, then copy/download and attach/paste the logs.

Meshtastic CLI logs:

• Run: meshtastic --port --noproto
• Reproduce the problem, then copy/paste the terminal output.

Additionally, please confirm the steps to reproduce and expected vs actual behavior.

Logs are not available due to the nature of the bug. Unfortunately, I can't get any Serial Messages from the web-based serial log and many other Linux Utilities.

This has been confirmed from 2 different t114's, both running 2.7.19 and then updating to 2.7.20 on one of them to see if the bug is fixed.

So it works on 2.7.19, but not 2.7.20? Can you confirm it works again after downgrading to 2.7.19?

Sorry for the confusion. It is broken on both 2.7.19 and 2.7.20

So far I haven't been able to upload older firmware as I daily carry and use the two t114 nodes I have. I might be able to test with another t114 soon.
