Why do you need this change?

In Event "OnBeforeNameDrillDown", need additional parameter DownloadFilePreset (Boolean)
This Boolean field decide this request is for View or Download Incoming Document.

Implementation:

Add the DownloadFilePreset Boolean as a new parameter to the existing OnBeforeNameDrillDown event in Table 137 "Inc. Doc. Attachment Overview" so subscribers can distinguish between view and download scenarios.
