[Bug]: No build environment, CDN only is not working for any version above 2.6.1

Environment

No build environment. Static html file with cdn.

Current Behavior

I have a simple html-file using the CDN with a fluent-text-area and fluent-button. If I use any version above 2.6.1, the components do not render. It works on 2.6.1 but I would like to use the latest version. There is no working storybook that shows the attributes for the components for 2.6.1 either.

Expected Behavior

That v3 works for no build cdn only environments.
