Intellisense activation struggles

Hi hope all is well. I recently (sometime in the last 3 months) deactivated the auto code suggestions from my copilot on my vscode and around the same time I also lost my Intellisense on my python. Unsure if the two are related or maybe I messed something up, but chat and I have been trying to solve the issue for a good while now. I know this maybe an easy fix was wondering, How do I get my IntelliSense addition to the python extension back. I miss it.

Hm that is interesting- can you try out these steps to see if any of them help:

1. Check language server setting: "python.languageServer": "Default" (or "Pylance")
2. Install Pylance if missing: Extensions → Search "Pylance" → Install
3. Verify Python interpreter is selected (status bar)
4. Reload VS Code after changes
5. Check Output panel (View → Output → Select "Python" or "Pylance") for errors
