Wanted: Undelete DLL

Winfile has a facility to load a third party undelete DLL that enables a menu item to invoke it.

I haven't been able to find any 32 bit implementation of this interface, so am asking if anyone else using Winfile knows of one.

For 16 bit, Norton Desktop implemented it (https://jeffpar.github.io/kbarchive/kb/085/Q85315/) but I don't see any 32 bit version of that product.
