Scroll position gets lost after device rotation at the privacy policy page

Steps to reproduce:

1. From the main page, click "My Reddit"

2. Click "recover password"

3. Click "Get Help"

4. Scroll up and click "Policy"

5. At the policy page, scroll up to the bottom

6. Rotate device and you will loss your scroll position
