feat: return commit OID and update UI dependencies

- update askama from 0.12 to 0.14 and async-openai from 0.29 to 0.30
- modify commit method to return Oid for better tracking
- enhance JSON deserialization error handling with message details
- replace dialoguer with cliclack for commit confirmation prompts
- update commit success/failure output using cliclack notes
