check if DCAT-AP shapes referenced via owl:imports are correctly retrieved by the validator

By default Python libraries for SHACL shapes validation do not retrieve shapes referenced via owl:imports (e.g., do_owl_imports option in pySHACL), please double check if this is correctly done by the validation scripts
