User defined theme

It would be nice having a way for user to define their own theme.

👋 +1, I was about to propose this as well.

I'm a contributor to the https://github.com/tinted-theming/ project, maintaining tools that aid generation & application of ~500 themes for CLI tools like terminal emulators, editors, etc.

Ideally, we can either: designate a directory containing themes defined in TOML/JSON at runtime and allow the theme picker to pick from there, or support a --theme-file=/path/to/theme.toml at invocation, and for Hunk to use the palette defined within.

Happy to contribute towards this as well.

+1, especially since I find the current word-level diff highlighting rather hard to distinguish from the surrounding added/removed line backgrounds. I'd love to be able to tune that contrast locally without having to fork hunk.
