Extend config file to set dark/light themes

What happened?

Right now the only way to use a dark/light theme is to leave the theme as auto. I would like to use one-light and one-dark-pro

Steps to reproduce

Set theme to a dark theme. Then change your system theme to light.

Expected behavior

When the terminal switches between dark and light, hunk should also switch to a user defined theme depending on the appearance setting of the terminal

One suggestion on config format:

theme = "consistent-theme-for-light-dark"
# OR
theme = {light = "light-theme", dark = "dark-theme"}
