i18n - String improvement megathread

The string files.conflict-modal.overwritten-label has 2 main issues for me:

1. The word "overwritten" is in the past, but the context shown (Thanks jerozgen!) shows it more to be the future? Like the displayed UI seems to be more a confirmation screen BEFORE you perform the overwrite, not a summary of what has happened.
2. The word is hardcoded to be at the front, which with its past tense makes it harder for some languages to translate without sounding wrong. a placeholder for the file path would be great to have here.
   Tho, this will require to maybe also add style tags, given the word has a different coloring/formatting than the path text.

2. In my opinion, app-marketing.features.performance.infinite-times-infinite-mb (∞ * ∞ MB) should probably be ∞ ⋅ ∞ MB or ∞ × ∞ MB (not sure which one is more commonly used in English)

4. nags.identical-links.title (Identical Links) should be replaced with something like Clean up identical links, Clear identical links or Fix identical links, because all other nags are formatted as "imperative + object" and have sentence case

5. nags.multiple-resolution-tags.description (You've selected {count, plural, one {# resolution tag} other {# resolution tags}} ({tags}). Resource packs should typically only have one resolution tag that matches their primary resolution.) should use the translated category names inside {tags} (or not use this variable at all)

7. content.confirm-unlink.header (Unlink modpack) should not be used in the button context, because strings may be translated differently in title/button contexts. Create a separate string or use content.confirm-unlink.unlink-button (Unlink) for the button
   

8. settings.account.security.two-factor.action.setup (Setup 2FA),
   settings.account.security.two-factor.action.remove (Remove 2FA) should not be used in the header context for the same reasons. Create separate strings
   

   

9. settings.billing.price.slash-interval (/{interval}) should be replaced with settings.billing.price.per-interval ({price} / {interval}), because a translator should be able to control spaces before and after the separator (and because of consistency)
   

10. scopes.patCreate.description (Create personal API tokens),
    scopes.patDelete.description (Delete your personal API tokens),
    scopes.patRead.description (View created API tokens),
    scopes.patWrite.description (Edit personal API tokens) should be replaced with "personal access tokens" for consistency

11. settings.billing.switch.to-interval (Switch to {interval}),
    settings.billing.switch.switching-to-interval (Switching to {interval}),
    settings.billing.switches-to-billing-on (Switches to {interval} billing on {date}),
    servers.purchase.step.plan.billed (billed {interval}) should use an ICU select format: {interval, select, monthly {monthly} yearly {yearly} other {{interval}}}, because "yearly" and "monthly" may be translated differently in these contexts. Use other {{interval}} just in case you add a new interval but forget to add it to the translation strings. Also, the servers.purchase.step.plan.billed should probably have the quarterly branch but the string is actually unused at the moment
