## Terms and Conditions

### 1. Definitions

- **"Software"** refers to the goapps-backend repository and all its contents, including but not limited to source code, configuration files, documentation, scripts, and any related materials.
- **"Company"** refers to PT Mutu Gading Tekstil.
- **"Authorized User"** refers to employees, contractors, and affiliates of the Company who have been explicitly granted access to the Software.

### 2. License Grant

The Company grants Authorized Users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

- Access, view, and use the Software for internal business purposes only
- Modify the Software for internal use within the Company's infrastructure
- Create derivative works based on the Software for internal use only

### 3. Restrictions

Authorized Users are expressly prohibited from:

- Distributing, sublicensing, or selling the Software or any portion thereof to any third party
- Using the Software for any purpose outside of the Company's business operations
- Removing or altering any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Software
- Disclosing the Software's source code, architecture, or implementation details to any third party
- Using the Software to provide services to third parties (e.g., SaaS offerings)
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Software (except to the extent permitted by applicable law)

### 4. Ownership

The Software is and shall remain the exclusive property of the Company. This license does not grant any ownership rights to the Software.

### 5. Confidentiality

The Software and all related documentation are considered confidential information of the Company. Authorized Users agree to:

- Maintain the confidentiality of the Software
- Use reasonable measures to protect the Software from unauthorized access or disclosure
- Immediately notify the Company of any unauthorized access or disclosure

### 6. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. The Company may terminate this license at any time without notice. Upon termination:

- All rights granted under this license will immediately cease
- Authorized Users must destroy all copies of the Software in their possession
- The confidentiality obligations shall survive termination

### 7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

### 8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

### 9. Governing Law

This license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
