Remove duplicated code and envs related to S3 integration

minio envs:
```
'MINIO_HOST',
'MINIO_PORT',
'MINIO_ACCESS_KEY',
'MINIO_SECRET_KEY'
```

aws envs:
```
'AWS_S3_ACCESS_KEY_ID',
'AWS_S3_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY',
'AWS_S3_ENDPOINT',
'AWS_S3_BUCKET_NAME'
```

both minio and aws envs do the same
