Copy only files which are successfully validated

### Description of feature

As pointed out in[#24 ]( https://github.com/nf-core/datasync/issues/24#issuecomment-5055772940) , I would suggest only to copy files which very successfully validated in the first step. This might prevent further usage of corrupted files more efficiently then only marking them via the MultiQC report.
