Evaluate if it is possible to have a collapsible folder tree in MultiQC report #65

Description

@atrigila

Due to scalability concerns, I was wondering whether it would make sense to replace the current file list in the report with a collapsible folder tree that allows users to expand and collapse individual folders.
The status of child files could be propagated to the parent folder: a folder would receive a green indicator if all contained files pass validation, while any file-level warnings or errors would be reflected at the folder level (e.g., red if at least one file fails validation).
This would provide a much clearer overview for users dealing with large file transfers while still allowing them to drill down into affected folders and files as needed.

Otherwise maybe a filter to only show the failed files in the list would also be an option.
