Implemented feature to import CE in-memory database files to SQLite tables with custom names. Two stub headers provided to suppress linker warnings about unnecessary headers not included in the CE 2.0 SDK. CEDB import features automatic table name sanitization dropping slashes as well as ' database' or ' db' suffixes and trimming spaces. Users can still re-add these constructs to the final table name if they wish.
