• Test in exisitng projects using archiver

  • Try it out manually in a few repos, ensure no bugs/breaks/etc happen
  • If all is good, reach out to maintainers of one of them to see if they're interested in the move
  • If they are, see it through and pick up any issues that come out of it
  • If all is good, now the community could try migrate elsewhere too
