Update @xmldom/xmldom

The `@xmldom/xmldom` package has an security issue discovered (https://github.com/xmldom/xmldom/security/advisories/GHSA-wh4c-j3r5-mjhp) can we get an update of the dependency and a release of the update? MAybe together with https://github.com/node-saml/xml-crypto/issues/529
