Active Tabs / Section doesn't work

As per the issue description:

• Sidebar active tab not working, meaning auto scroll also not working
• Active navigation tab also not working

I've assigned this to @canerakdas, as it's a sub-issue of a parent issue in doc-kit which Caner has an open PR for.

We need to support subgroups in doc-kit, then we won't need this custom (slightly broken) configuration
