docs: use case of the module instead of nuxt/fonts

Since we have nuxt/fonts now for a while, I wonder if it'd be good to highlight it in the README and/or highlight differences + why use fontaine instead of nuxt fonts.

Nuxt fonts doesn't support ascent, descent and gap, right? Unless you manually add the CSS, and do everything yourself, which requires you to calculate all of that. When it comes to CLS reduction you'd ideally have both, or at least parts of this would be merged into Nuxt Fonts Turns out it was, I just couldn't find it in the documentation, but live testing showed it
