A list of various issues. No more, no less.

• On the favorite location menu, if you enter a PWS location there's an extra parenthesis. (Actual bug)
• When hurricane data is refreshed and JSON verbosity isn't on, the raw json isn't printed. (Actual bug)
• When Halo isn't installed, pyweather doesn't stop for a user exit input (Actual bug?)
• configsetup.py doesn't commit favloc data and airport query fields (1.0.0 prerelease checks will fix this)
• Removing the "witty" failed loading references (ctrl+f requests.get)
