Measured by * relevance to either standards development or testing-demonstration, * presentation of the OVON goals, strategies, and current tactics * identification of OVON "point person" for ongoing contact * interest, as expressed in writing, for continued contact and collaboration, recognizing that not all standards bodies have relevant decision-makers (for example, the IETF is very diffuse). Identification and concise, actionable documentation of five priority use cases through which the value of the OVON interoperability work can be perceived and understood. The concise, actionable documentation will include a * definition of the central user * listing of current pain points and complications * listing of value (tangible and intangible) that OVON interoperability (in whole or a part) can provide * a standard architectural diagram that will visually explain the pain and the opportunity(from vertical and horizontal * a listing of potential relevant contacts and prospects.
