Description
This new feature relocates H2-ready gas power plants, which are build after 2025, according to the optimization. It is envisaged, that the feature recognizes the power plants to relocate by their name. It should be possible to disable the feature.
This feature is requested for the use in Use Case 4 of the reGon-project. It should deliver information regarding the difference between to official NEP-placement and the "optimal" placement of the H2-ready gas power plants.
