Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When playing in tournaments they usually post a link on discord that says. "Starting in 5 minutes". This is usually followed by 4 minutes of waiting and then 1-2 minutes of tense situation, as you dont know excactly when the game will be starting.

It is also a problem when playing private 1v1s as you can miss the start of the game, especially if you sit in the lobby talking for a bit before the start.

Since a lot of the game is played already in the spawn phase and it matters if you get to a location first, it can be vital that you are ready when the game starts.

Describe the solution you'd like
Public games have a delay before they start from when they get created. I want to have the same feature for private games. I propose using the same feature, it should already be implemented from public games and just needs to be re-used.

Also having some sort of setting to customize the delay would be nice. Otherwise defaulting to like 5 seconds would be nice.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I have considered making the spawn phase longer, however that wouldnt be a solution as the delay should specifically happen before the spawn phase even starts.
