Update Connected Systems Resource Query Parameters

Some query parameters are not fully supported in OSH's Connected Systems Service as per the OGC API - Connected Systems specification. For example, Sampling Feature's queried by UID should be samplingFeatures?foi=<uids...>, but in the implementation, you are required to query them via samplingFeatures?uid=<uids...>. There were a few other query parameters missing in other resources as well. I can provide a list if that would be helpful

I have on related issue (maybe better in a separate issue, if so let me know):

• When deleting a system, the spec says "If the request contains the cascade parameter, the server SHALL ...", but the code requires a boolean true value to be passed. Not sure if the spec is imprecise or the implementation is wrong, though.

(I had a second issue about the id paramater in queries that I noticed this morning, but when I typed it here and wanted to point out the broken code, I was suprised to find working code - turns out @alexrobin just fixed that today. Nice timing, and thanks! Haven't tested it yet, need a bit more internet bandwidth for an update)

@matthijskooijman Thanks for the feedback. Indeed, the implementation hasn't been updated to conform to the latest draft of the OGC API - Connected Systems standard yet. But now that the spec is in the final stages at OGC, we will try to complete the implementation ASAP.
