Use badge components in DSL compatibility matrix

Introduce React badge components (N, T, P, F, X) and replace verbose compatibility labels with compact badge notation across docs-turing/dsl-compatibility.md. Update the legend to demonstrate badge usage and condense several table headings/phrasing. The change refactors compatibility tables (queries, aggregations, request/response features, coverage summary, and engine selection guide) for improved readability and a consistent visual representation of support levels.
