Remove AOT factory and update installer icon

Delete META-INF/spring/aot.factories which removed the RuntimeHintsRegistrar entry for org.springframework.ai.ollama.aot.OllamaRuntimeHints. Also replace/update the binary installer icon at scripts/installer/turing.ico.
