Add someone else as maintainer?

@jayvdb @cclauss: I'm a bit nervous about the fact that #305 and #353 have lain unreviewed for three and two weeks respectively. Should we start looking for another maintainer again?

I am not excited to review pull requests that reduce test coverage.

Perhaps we need to add something like https://coverage.readthedocs.io to see where we are on code coverage.

Not sure what you mean. He has much more than that and has been a constant presence over 6 years.
