I think this information is too intrusive for the CodeEditor, especially since the popup appears every time TheIDE is opened. After giving it some more thought, and remembering an old request to allow closing all tabs, it might be better to display this message in the empty workspace area when no tabs are open.

Additionally, having an option to opt out of these informational dialogs would be useful (Don't show again). I’m not concerned about this for the Layout and Icon designers, but for the CodeEditor it really seems necessary.

For the Icon and Layout designers, we might also consider adding an additional arrow pointing to the help icon to make users aware that comprehensive documentation is available. With the new popups, the help button isn’t sufficiently visible.

Well, work of progress... Just to be sure, have you tested with latest version? (It has changed a lot since taking these screenshots)

Yes, New version is much more better. But, still you will see this information when you open CodeEditor within new TheIDE instance.

It looks good, and I like the latest version. I just noticed one thing. For the Layout and Icon designers, we hide the tip after any mouse movement. That feels a bit too aggressive. In this case, we might want to remove that behavior entirely. Requiring a click somewhere in the designer, just like we do in the code editor. It seems like a better approach.
