Context

Currently users dont have any idea if they ramp was executed or not, this ticket is fix that. Send a email confirmation when the operation of pay-in or pay-out is done from Vortex

• Send email confirmation to user once the ramp operation is completed from Vortex end,
• Email message template

Hi Name,

Your ramp_type has been completed.

• Amount: amount currency
• Token: token_amount token
• Network: network
• Ramp ID: id
• Date: timestamp
