Fix camera bubble redraws

**How to reproduce**:
- Click on `Show camera bubble` button
- Open popup
- Close popup
- Open again

**Expected**:
There is no blinking on camera bubble re-rendering

**Actual**:
Camera bubble re-renders every popup opening and closing
