[Bug]: Unable to Remove Broken Remote Environment

Steps to reproduce

1. I created a sandboxed T3Code Server instance
2. Connected it to the desktop app
3. Some issue connecting to the sandbox
4. Stuck in a connecting state with no way to remove the sandbox

Expected behavior

I should be able to remove remote environments that are stuck int he connecting stage. As in my example it will never be resolved as I will make use of a new sandbox with its own subdomain.

Actual behavior

I am not able to remove the connecting instance.
