Parsing error on some plasma files

When parsing the following file I receive this error: Error parsing .config/plasmawindowedrc: Source contains parsing errors: '<???>'

This is due to the [section][hierarchy] used which is not supported.
This would be related to issue #48 and may be supported in a similar interface
